This image is part of a series I am working on which all started when I received a message telling me to 'restore the ring of god-goddess...'(2009). Each being has guidance and infinite love to support us in our growth and learning, our evolution. This project will become a set of oracle cards in the future.<\/p>

Sekhmet or Sakhmet is one of the oldest known Egyptian deities. Her name is derived from the Egyptian word \"Sekhem\", meaning \"power\" or \"might\". She is depicted as a lion-headed woman, sometimes with the addition of a sun disc on her head - a 'daughter' of the sun God Ra. She is also a representation of the Beings of Lyra, along with Bastet. Ask Sekhmet to help you tap into your true strength, your inner lioness. She reminds me of the Hindu goddess Kali - Sekhmet is associated with both the power to destroy as well as to heal.\u00a0<\/p>

Her message is: You can transmute your Rage into Radiance....She demonstates the Divine feminine and masculine in balance. The Flame of kundalini is seated at the heart the Ankh is a symbol for keys to higher consciousness. The Wadjet\/Cobra indicates a fully open 3rd eye<\/p>
