The original painting was part - inspired by problems with listening to myself\/speaking up for myself. I was receiving and learning about energy healing at the time & connected well with the Archangels especially Micheal who encourages us to use 'heart sound' to open our throats as well as our hearts...find your own heart sound by working with an 'aaahhhh' and playing with the musical scales. <\/p>

The blue is to help with throat area (chakra\/wheel\/vortex) issues which many of us develop as well as remind us of the blue rays\u00a0 associated with Michael. This ultramarine shade also links the throat to the 3rd eye\/pineal gland of inner vision.<\/p>

The upward tilt of Michael's head and his confident smile and direct look are based on impressions I have of these spiritual guides and helpers and their combination of ancient wisdom with the light-hearted humour and non-judgmental attitude of joyful young children.<\/p>

Wisps of cloud partially hide the moon, while many orbs dance around.
